Over the past 18 years, we’ve provided mobile BBQ catering here for everything from smaller gatherings to larger celebrations.
When we cater in Knapton, we approach things slightly differently depending on the event. Some are more structured, others are completely informal, so we adapt how we run the BBQ to suit. The menu is built around consistency and quality — steak burgers, our own sausages, chicken pieces marinated in our own jerk seasoning, and our hand-rolled chicken breast option made with herbs, chilli and cheese. Everything is cooked fresh on site, with salads prepared fresh on site as well, giving you a proper, well-rounded setup.
